Mission X 2022 has launched today!

Mission X is a free educational programme developed by space scientists and fitness professionals working with astronauts and space agencies across the world. It uses the excitement of space exploration to inspire children to learn about science, nutrition, exercise and space and is aimed at children aged 8 to 12 but can be adapted to suit other ages.

The programme can be delivered either through the curriculum, through collapsed timetable days, through homework challenges or clubs … or a mixture!

The international challenge for Mission X is running this year from 13 January to 31 May 2022. During the challenge students complete a mix of science and exercise Mission X activities, and these activities are converted to points which are uploaded to the website. Each point helps the Mission X mascots, Luna and Leo, walk to the Moon.

This year the Mission X website has been updated and can now be found here. Follow the link to register an account, add a team and start taking part.
