Hiya Everyone,
I am retired, but at nearly 65, am still very active as a STEM Ambassador (19 years and counting) and thoroughly enjoy doing the Knex Challenge early each year in our area.
I have a huge passion for aviation, and I want to share my passion and love for aviation - to educate, encourage and inspire youngsters (and adults alike), for them to consider a career in the wonderful world of aviation.
I also have a complete 2-seat light aicraft, which I bring to schools to enable pupils and teachers, to get up close and personal to an aircraft, to sit in it, and to see and manipulate all the controls, to understand how it flies, and how it climbs & descends, how it turns, etc.
I will also tailor STEM talks to a school or an individual teachers requirements, and we also have fun making paper planes, and with a variety of different resources we can encourage and inspire and educate.
