Ideas for engaging students as Biology Week continues

This week is BIOLOGY WEEK 2021! The Royal Society of Biology have put together a host of events which you can very easily run throughout the week. See here for a list of these: https://www.rsb.org.uk/get-involved/biologyweek/biology-week-2021-calendar

Beyond this why not simply run a dissection club one lunchtime and get some sixth formers to help?

Perhaps run an origami workshop where they could fold DNA, viruses or antibodies whilst sixth formers explain to the what they are making?!?

Maybe encourage students to take part in a Bio quiz - can they beat the teacher?

Most importantly just get students to enjoy it, discuss it, live it and perhaps even become inspired by it?!
