Come and find out how our national online mentoring scheme can help 14–18-year-olds explore their future career options by chatting to trained and experienced STEM professionals. Those taking part receive:
- One to one support and inspiration from a STEM Ambassador who has an enhanced safeguarding certificate
- Training on how to use the secure, moderated and fully safeguarded mentoring messaging system
- Support and resources to help them make informed decisions about their future.
Our next cohorts will run for 10 weeks from 10 October – 16 December 2022.
Deadline for mentee sign up is 4pm on 4 October.
All young people from across the UK are invited to apply, and there is no limit on the number of mentees being able to access the programme from any one school or college.
Mentoring for Years 10/11 or S3/S4 focuses on providing career insights into sectors of interest for the young person. Years 12/13 or S5/S6 receive mentoring on ‘life after school’, whether that be Higher Education, Apprenticeships or preparing for employment.
