BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, has published an article in response to the release of 2021 A level results. The article features an analysis of the data made available today in relation to Computer Science A levels and degrees, showing the following:
- Highest number of students placed on Computer Science degrees in a decade
- 11% increase in students achieving Computer Science A level
- More female students than ever awarded Computer Science A level
- More than half of female students awarded A or A* for Computer Science A level
