Quality Support Technician & Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprentice
Professional Background With over nine years of experience at ASN, I specialize in the intersection of engineering support and quality assurance. My daily work involves technical problem-solving, detailed reporting, and ensuring that complex systems—like the ones we use in telecommunications and infrastructure—meet the highest standards of excellence. I am currently furthering my technical expertise through a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship, proving that learning is a lifelong adventure.
My STEM Journey My path into STEM was driven by a personal dream and a self-starting mindset. I built my career by staying curious and taking initiative, eventually turning my passions into a professional reality. This journey has taught me that technical skills (like mastery of Microsoft Office and engineering data) are only half of the equation; the other half is the "mindset set-up."
Why I Volunteer I am deeply passionate about the "Science" in STEM—not just in the lab, but in the human mind. I am a dedicated reader of philosophy, science, and human behavior. As an ambassador, I aim to:
-
Motivate: Help individuals discover the "wonderful" side of technical work.
-
Empower: Show students how to align their personal dreams with their professional actions.
-
Support: Demonstrate that a career in quality and engineering is accessible to anyone with a curious mind and a collaborative spirit.
Core Message "Success in STEM comes from a balance of technical discipline and a positive, inquisitive mindset. If you can dream it and align your actions with that dream, you can build a career that is truly fulfilling."
