How curriculum, pedagogy and assessment can interrelate better

In a detailed article in FE News, Professor BIll Lucas critiques the recent publication by EDSK, Re-assessing the future by Tom Richmond, about Secondary Education.   

Professor Lucas suggests some ways in which secondary education could go further still to value more of the strengths of young people in his analysis of the report. 

The EDSK report makes nine recommendations covering three broad areas:

Restructuring schools

Replacing GCSEs 

Replacing Progress 8 and Attainment 8
