Less than one month to Mars Day 2026!

The countdown to Tuesday 3 March 2026 has officially begun.

Join us for this exciting free virtual event adventure for everyone, presented by the UK’s European Space Education Resource Office (ESERO-UK) at STEM Learning and in collaboration with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the UK Space Agency.

Once again, Mars Day has an out-of-this-world programme of live link-ups, activities and resources, talks and live Q&A with space stars, as well as career discussions with the hidden heroes of the UK space industry.

Beam in for a sky full of guest speakers and stars across the day. Land on your favourite Martian topics, book a session or two, take part in Mars Hour activities, or join in for the whole day. Plus, this year the Moon is our ‘Guest of the Day’, so watch out for sessions starring the new era of lunar exploration.

Embark on a solo mission, join in with friends, family or your class at school. Our mission to Mars (Day) in 2025 had an audience of over 180,000!

Land on Mars with thousands of other schools and explore Mars, the Moon, and beyond.

Start your countdown!
