Trust for Sustainable Living 2021/2022 International Competitions are now open!

This year's theme for both competitions is Climate Justice. As world leaders prepare to meet in November 2021 at the COP 26 Climate Summit to set out targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and cap global temperature rise to 1.5oC, the TSL are inviting students worldwide to consider how tackling inequality might be a potential solution or long-term approach to resolving the climate crisis?

Essay Competition (Competition closes 9th Jan 2022)
School children around the planet are warmly invited to share their ideas on "How would addressing inequality help to combat the climate crisis?"

Participants will be eligible to take part in online Debates or Teacher Champion Events in July 2022, further exploring the themes of Climate Justice. The International Debates and Summit will be held online to help support the broadest possible participation from around the world and allow us to hear from as many young people as possible. Sustainability Challenge (Competition closes 1st Oct 2021!)
